Ideal loft! Spacious, bright☀️, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Private terrace with BBQ in a quiet area when the weather is nice. 🌞 Pellet stove for a nice blaze when you need to warm up. 🔥 In the immediate vicinity of the town 🌆 centre and all amenities as well as the Great Champagne Houses. A free parking space is available. In addition, access to a small city garden🌺 in a shared space. Perfect for an unforgettable experience with the family or with friends ! 🍾😃 Description of the loft: On the ground floor: - 1 living room open to the entrance, a bar area, the kitchen and a dining area - 1 separate toilet - 1 scullery (storage and laundry room) On the 1st floor you will find: - 2 double bedrooms - 1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 bathtub (this is a connecting bathroom for the 2 bedrooms - you have to go through the bedrooms to access them - there is no toilet in the bathroom) - 1 mezzanine with a desk and a sleeping area (new convertible sofa - 100% blackout shutters and curtains). - 1 Terrace with barbecue! The loft has reversible heating/cooling and a pellet stove in the central space. In the bedrooms and bathroom there are electric heaters. In addition, you will have access to: - 1 small shared city garden - 1 private parking space - To get there, you have to go under the porch of a building that is 2.07 metres high. - 2 bicycles for adults and 2 small bicycles
Accommodation located in the heart of Reims, next to the Church of St. André, close to all shops. 5-10 min. walk to the Place du Forum and the Cathedral of Reims. 5 min walk to the great Champagne houses: Mumm, Roederer, Krug, Piper Heidsieck, etc. Free parking is available in the private space next to the loft. You can easily get around on foot. We also provide you with 2 adult bikes and 2 small children's bikes, 1 of which has wheels (Please note: no helmets for adults but 2 helmets for children). There are several bus lines that pass in front of the loft.
