Enjoy the serenity of this house lost in the middle of a 4000m² private park, with centenary trees, and at the feet of historic Dinan's city walls. You can go everywhere downtown Dinan walking, and enjoying the calm of the area at the same time. We just finished the renovation, to make it a rare and privileged place in Dinan and around. It is a hidden cottage, attached to the old priory "Prieuré Saint Malo". This priory was dependant on the Saint Joachim Chapell, less than 10m away. The Prieuré St Malo was built in the XIIth century, and rebuilt in 1763. A perfect location to park your car and enjoy everything walking. Good to know : Dinan is 20km away from the sea and beautiful Breton beaches: Dinard, Lancieux, Saint Malo, Saint-Jacut-de-le-Mer, Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, and so many others! At your disposal: one independant house with 2 rooms with a 160x200 bed for the first one, & a 140x200 bed for the second one. One room is open to the terrasse, with access to the garden and its trees. And one large suite for two people inside the main house, on the second floor, with a nice atmosphere where you will spend a lovely time.
