Nestled amongst very famous vineyards is this beautiful and stylish bed and breakfast for adults only. Two rooms have balconies overlooking the huge well kept garden of over 3 acres and stunning vineyards. All three rooms have sparking new en-suite bathrooms with walk in rain showers. All guests can access and use the Sun Terrace and seating area to soak up the beautiful weather. All rooms have guest controlled heating and excellent air conditioning which is an absolute must in the hot summer months. The new bathrooms also have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. We are a short drive from Bergerac airport (12minutes) and the historic town of Bergerac and a short drive through sweeping vineyards to the beautiful Bastide village of Eymet. We are in a peaceful and beautiful setting offering calm and tranquility. Bergerac and Eymet have plenty of restaurants to choose from and there are also plenty of restaurant's in all of the villages in the area. If you have particular favourites and are here for Fridays or Saturday nights in high season it's best to book before you come to be sure you get tables as the best restaurants are very popular and get very busy in high season. Worth mentioning we have really excellent air conditioning and plenty of parking. We have many guests who bring bicycles and we are able to offer indoor secure parking for the bicycles overnight. There are plenty of bicycle routes for casual or serious cyclists and the roads to cycle on wind amongst beautiful scenery. We are English and from the UK and moving here has been like living in paradise. Moving to France to the beautiful location of Pomport in the Dordogne offering guests the opportunity to stay in this wonderful area amongst the vineyards. There is so much to do and see in this area. We absolutely love it here and our guests love it too. Our French isn't as good as we'd like but we take regular lessons we try our best. Our guest come from all over Europe it has been a truly wonderful experience meeting our most fabulous guests. We consider ourselves very lucky to have the very best guests staying with us.

The area has hundreds of acres of famous vines the grapes of which are used to make the famous Monbazzillac wine and the stunning Chateau Monbazzillac is a short drive away. There are plenty of chateau's to visit. There is no shortage of vineyards if you fancy wine tasting. Many are open all year round but all open in summer months. The small village of Sigoules is a five minute drive it has a few shops including a small supermarket and pharmacy and Eymet with its Thursday morning market 15minutes drive. There are French markets almost every day in the various villages and towns and night markets and food markets almost every evening in July and August. Food festivals are numerous with incredible food and live music. The famous Eymet Oyster and wine festival is on August 15th in 2024 and that is a great event but there are hundreds of events in the area in the summer so many to choose from.
