In La Bresse, we offer you this charming 50 m² apartment with ski station within walking distance (Télésiege Belle hutte 900m...), which can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 900 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 18 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: two bunk beds - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer. Exterior: - A 9m² terrace, covered by a balcony and facing west - A 900 m² garden, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Other notes: - The first floor is reserved exclusively for the owners. - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Activities : La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits: In winter : - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (3 minutes away by car), the largest ski area in the Vosges. - Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs). - Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic area: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, skating rink.
