The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 50 m² house in the commune of Pordic which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 150 m². Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows : Ground floor : - 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor : - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside : - A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden - A 4.5 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
