Beautiful, bright 54 m² flat with balcony in a private residence close to Rennes city centre and shops. The flat is quiet and has basement parking. Equipped for 2 people with 1 double bed. A washing machine dryer, fan and hairdryer are also included. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
