Sa situation est juste idéale à 5 min à pied du cœur de ville, 2 minutes à pied du Casino et des Jardins Biovès! L'accès aux restaurants et commerces est très rapide. L’appartement situé dans une résidence de standing est disposé comme suit: - Accès WIFI - Une grande chambre avec lit en 160x200cm, matelas très confortable. - Un séjour lumineux avec un canapé-lit 160x200 ouvrant sur une belle cuisine toute équipée et Smart TV. - Deux balcons pour un petit-déjeuner ou siroter un vin rosé ou un Apérol Spritz cocktail emblématique de la région ! :) - Salle de bain agréable et soignée. - WC séparé pour plus d'intimité. - CLIMATISATION réversible dans la chambre et le salon pour bien vous détendre durant la saison chaude. - PLACES DE PARKING sécurisées à 5 min à pied au parking George V, hauteur d'entrée 1,90m - Ascenseur - Cuisine toute équipée. Its location is exceptional! Close to all amenities and just a stone's throw from the beach. The area is calm and relaxing. All the shops, restaurants, banks and bakeries are within easy walking distance. TO GET AROUND: Secure parking spaces are available a 5-minute walk away in the George V car park, with an entrance height of 1.90m. You can always park in the neighbourhood (paying parking space). The SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away, and the bus station a 10-minute walk, giving you easy access to Nice, Monaco and Italy. Just outside the residence, in Rue Carnot, there is a bus stop for buses 608 and 110 to Monaco and Nice in both directions. The Italian border is a 5-minute drive away. Nice airport is 40 minutes away by car.
