Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Lingolsheim, this charming flat of a surface of 91 m ² and being able to accomodate to 7 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 45 m², a kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a courtyard / garden of about 500 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A living room of 45 m² with TV, sofas (one of which convertible), armchairs and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... Night area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bunk bed. - A shower room with shower and WC. Exterior: - A courtyard/unenclosed garden, south facing to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - For security reasons, the property has an alarm system, which is only active when the property is empty. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - There are 10 steps up to the ground floor. - All accommodation is non-smoking. - The rear of the garden is not accessible (storage space), no outdoor furniture available at the moment.
