This is followed by a vaulted stone living room with a sofa and two armchairs, accessed by two steps from the kitchen. Upstairs, the bedrooms are air-conditioned, one with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit, with access to the garden and stairs leading down to the pool. The other room is equipped with a 2 x 80 double bed, an open-plan bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and cupboard. Independent toilet. Outside, enjoy the covered terrace with barbecue, table and six chairs, accessible from the ground-floor living room. Relax in the terraced garden, accessible via a staircase at the side of the house or from the bedroom, and cool off in the private pool. Please note: - The pool is open from may to october - The layout of the terraced garden around the pool is not suitable for small children, and there is no safety fence - No TV in the house, so switch to disconnect mode. - The house is semi-detached and has no private parking; parking spaces are available at the entrance to the cul-de-sac.
