Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Bucy-le-Long, this charming house of a surface of 94 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms whose beds can be separated into single beds, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 112 m² and a covered terrace. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The single-storey apartment is composed as follows: - A living room of 28 m² with TV, sofa and armchair. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder, raclette machine, crêpe machine, croque monsieur and waffle machine... - Bedroom 1: 10m² facing North: a king-size bed (180×200) convertible into two single beds (90x200). - Bedroom 2: 15 m² facing South: a king-size bed (180×200) convertible into two single beds (90x200). - A shower room with Italian shower and WC separated by a partition. Outside : - A beautiful enclosed garden of 112 m², facing South, planted with furniture (parasol, deckchairs, chairs and tables) - A covered terrace of 36 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days with a game room including a multi-function table (babyfoot, billiards, ping-pong), darts, books at disposal, yoga mat, several board games and various documentations to discover the region Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Before welcoming the travellers, we run an air purifier in each room. - Free Wifi available (optical fiber). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
