With a surface area of 80 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A sitting area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV - Dining area with table and chairs - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, etc. 1st floor: - Bedroom 1 with double bed - A shower room with shower and WC 2ᵉ floor: - A bedroom with two single beds - A bathroom with bath, WC Outside: - Private courtyard with a large dining table, deckchairs, not overlooked. Other remarks : - This flat is equipped with wifi connection. - Pets are not allowed in the flat. - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
