With in addition a sofa bed arranged in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The main room is carefully arranged to create a friendly and warm atmosphere. The sofa bed is equipped with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's sleep. There is also a flat-screen TV for entertainment, as well as a dining table and chairs for meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a hob, an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Kitchen utensils and dishes are also provided to facilitate the preparation and consumption of meals. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, sheets and soft pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. Storage spaces are also available to store guests' clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to allow guests to stay connected during their stay. In short, this apartment with a sofa bed and a 140x190 bed is the ideal place for travelers looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for their stay. Due to several inconveniences, we do not provide bath towels or hygiene products but we offer them for sale.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a private residence from the 1970s that needs to be refreshed but the accommodation was renovated in 2022. The building is in a dead end, surrounded by other buildings, the one in the reservation is called "La résidence le Flandre".
