To make your stay at the Dormeuse du Val as relaxing as possible, we have planned everything for your comfort. Facing due south, the house is very bright and pleasant to live with a neat decoration, where modernity and recuperation spirit are harmoniously combined. The front door has a personalized code to facilitate access to the house for your stay. The bathroom and toilets have been completely renovated. The rooms are equipped with shape memory bedding (TEMPUR brand for room 2 with twin beds that can be separated on request). By staying at La Dormeuse du Val, you choose a place that respects the environment: Wooden frame house classified RT2012 hygiene and ecological cleaning products made available electricity supplied by ENERCOOP, supplier and producer of 100% renewable energy
Auvergne by adoption for more than 10 years, it was only a few years ago that we discovered the Chaudefour valley, but it was a real love at first sight! And when we were able to acquire this charming wooden house at the exit of Voissières at the foot of the valley, it was obvious to us that it would allow us to introduce as many people as possible to this magical place and thus share our passion for our so beautiful region! So come and try it: Imagine yourself in the morning. A few steps are enough and you find yourself barefoot in the grass of the meadows. In front of you, the mountain calls you, full of promise. Hiking trails are at your feet and the Voissières waterfall sings not far from there... The day can only start well! And perhaps, like us, as you walk around, you will hear an echo of the beauty of the landscapes these few lines of Rimbaud: "It's a green hole where a river sings clinging madly to the grass of rags of money; where the sun, the sun, the proud mountain, shine: it's a small valley that foams with rays."
