This charming 2-room 25m² contemperain-style apartment is located in Nice's Port district, close to the Cap and beaches. It's on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Completely renovated, it offers all the comforts you need for your stay in Nice: reversible air conditioning, 140cm double bed, wifi, well-equipped kitchen. It will enable you to explore the city and the nightlife on the terraces of the "petit marais Niçois". Ideal for a romantic getaway or a stay with friends.

The district of the Port is very demanding for a stay of charm, in peace, next to seaside, while being close to all the centers of interests of Nice. You will find in this area and in our street, many shops (bakeries, bio fruits & veg, excellent fishmonger, supermarkets ...) and unique restaurants (Italian restaurants and pizzerias, among which a pizzeria elected "best pizza of France" in our street!, fish restaurants, Lebanese restaurant, creperie). Those restaurants offer take away menus. 3 minutes walk from the sea, the beaches of Boulevard Franck Pilatte, 10 minutes walk from the caves of Lazaret, 10 minutes walk from the "little nicois marsh", trendy and cosmopolitan place, 10 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, Garibaldi Square, the old town. A little local exotic touch: in the summer period, a typical boat "Pointu" makes you cross the harbor for free. Many nature walks and seaside are possible from the apartment (coastal path, Mont Boron ...) We will be happy to share our addresses and ideas for walks and discoveries, if you wish!
