Property information

Our holiday residence is situated just in front of the Casino, close to the yacht harbor of Boulogne-sur-Mer. This central location, at walking distance of the residence, is the ideal base to discover the historic city center and Nausicaá. You can make reservations for studios for 2 people but also apartments for 4 up to 6 people. Every holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with television. Some of the holiday homes even have a balcony to fully enjoy the peaceful view over the harbor. For information, when you make your reservation, you choose a type of apartment. However, since the allocation depends on availability, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to stay in a particular apartment. A baby kit can be provided for a supplement of 15 euros. Pets are accepted at a cost of 12 euros per day. A deposit of 200 euros will be asked when you get to the reception. It will be released the day of your checkout.

When entering Boulogne-sur-mer you get an instant holiday feeling thanks to the marvelous view over the beach and harbor. This diverse city has something for everyone: nature, culture, sport, … It is impossible to get bored here! La pièce de résistance from Boulogne-sur-mer is without hesitation Nausicaá, the biggest aquarium from Europe. Sharks, giant oceanic manta rays, sea lions, … At Nausicaá you can find them all! You can easily walk around for a day and enjoy the beautiful fish in the spectacular aquariums, learn about the wonderful underwater world and even help with feeding the fish in the lagoon! Briefly, Nausicaá is the ideal indoor activity for young and old! Important information: please note that our residence is located in an area undergoing major urban restructuring. This may cause access difficulties. We strongly advise you to reserve your parking space when making your reservation.
