CHARMING and PEACEFUL apartment classified 3 stars*** fully equipped STANDING (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, wifi, TV, NETFLIX guest account, SENSEO machine and its pods, washer-dryer, etc.). IDEAL location located in the heart of Royat and the thermal baths and 8 minutes by car from Place de Jaude, the city center of the Metropolis. This spacious studio can accommodate 2 people thanks to its convertible sofa equipped with a real comfortable mattress (17cms) worthy of a real bed. A table and 2 chairs will allow you to dine comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all the equipment and condiments necessary to cook for yourself if you wish (microwave oven, fridge, traditional oven, raclette grill, plunger, hotplates, etc.) You can easily find a parking space in the street at the foot of the building (parking meter) otherwise the city provides public parking (paid) in front of the apartment. Spa parking: 18 euros / stay to be taken directly from the Thermal establishment Bus possible from the SNCF station The Regional Natural Park will seduce you with its proximity (20 minutes) and its majestic volcanoes, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The residence in which you will stay is secure and very quiet. You will access the apartment via 2 badge doors and an elevator. Our region is recognized for its gastronomy, its culture and its green tourism with its magnificent hikes among volcanoes and around lakes. The apartment was renovated in spring 2022 and is equipped with all the comfort and services necessary for a pleasant stay, wifi, Netflix guest session, television and webTV, tea, coffee and bed and shower linen. As part of a spa stay, please contact us by telephone after your reservation so that we can help you organize your arrival and departure times between your doctor's appointment and the last day's treatments.
We are from Auvergne and we wanted to provide modern and comfortable accommodation to welcome our guests in the heart of our territory. Auvergne is full of natural beauty and remains a preserved place to take care of yourself and recharge your batteries far from the usual hustle and bustle.
Our Hespérie studio is located in the heart of Royat, 2 minutes from the thermal baths, its pretty village, 8 minutes from the center of the Clermontoise area and 20 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes and Limagne Fault Natural Park, recognized as a Unesco World heritage site.
