The house is an old boutique, now inhabited by two families. The entire 2nd floor (upper living room, bedroom and bathroom) is exclusively for guests. Perfect for couples or families of four, it is cosy, quiet and half-way distance between Paris and Disneyland. Living Room The living room is decorated in Contemporary Style, functional yet warm & cosy. Open, urban view. - Table and chairs for four. - Both sofas unfold, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two. - Internet-enabled TV so can login to your NetFlix account. - Fully stocked kitchenette. It is well known the French love their food, so we make sure you have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal! Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest. Bedroom The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bed side tables, ample clothes rack, shelves for books. Bed linen and towels are provided. Bathroom The bathroom includes the shower and usual amenities (hair dryer, shampoo & shower gel, soap, towels).

The owners live on the 1 st floor, therefore the stairs are shared (common access). There is no specific check-in / check-out time. There is a key lock with front door keys, the code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. The house has Wi-Fi throughout. No smoking inside. Dogs are allowed, if clean and well behaved (closest park at 10 minutes walking distance). Please note that any damages from bathroom accidents or other damages to furniture are the guest’s responsibility. Cleaning fees for bathroom accidents may apply, as special cleaning chemicals will be needed. Additionally, an iron and ironing board will be possible to use if needed, as well as vacuum cleaner or washing machine. A personal touch: Greg & Théo’s hosts on the terrace a #MyFood #AeroSpring bioponic vertical garden, with great results. We grow strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, gherkins and aromatic herbs. You might find them in your breakfast if the season is right. We love entertaining and making our guests super happy, so if you have any further questions, feel free to contact us! Access & local attractions In the suburbs it is easy and free to find a parking spot in the street. Nevertheless, we recommend public transportation to Paris (often faster, and without the parking issues). - Access to Paris city center is easy and fast - 12 minutes walking to RER Val de Fontenay, then 13 minutes (4 stops) by RER A (suburban train). - Access to Disneyland in about 30 min - (10 stops) by RER A. - The Forest of Vincennes is about 10 minutes driving, and you can reach the Bords de Marne in 20 minutes by car for a nice stroll down the river. - Some restaurants in Fontenay that we like: o Le New Berbere (great tajines & other north African specialties) o Fuwasaki (Japanese menu)
