This old barn renovated in 2021 has combined modernity and the charm of the old (tiles, beams, bread oven...). The cottage opens onto a large bright living room of 55m² with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), large dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with television. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor also consists of a bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm and a bathroom with adapted shower and WC. You will be charmed by the room dedicated to well-being and its old bread oven (non-functional): 2-person elongated whirlpool bath with ambient lights and sound (limited to one use per day). This room is available for private use throughout your stay. Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed and the other with two 90x200cm single beds that can be put together to form a large double bed), a bathroom with shower 'Italian and furniture double sinks, and a separate toilet. The floor is accessible by a spiral staircase (which can be a little steep for some). Take advantage of the enclosed garden without vis-à-vis with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, swings ... and the activities offered on site: molky, pétanque court with pétanque balls provided, badminton set. With this cottage near Angers, you will be 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the vineyards of Anjou and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir.
