The estate is owned and run by the Drinkwater family. We have lived and worked all over the world, and our move here in 2015 is the culmination of a dream to share our experience of quality service, accommodation and food with you.

Domaine de Palats is a historical country estate and former priory located near Carcassonne in the Aude department of Occitanie. The domaine retains much of its original rustic charm, and combines delightful period details with all the modern amenities you would expect, amidst spacious natural surrounds of 25 acres. There is a large private pool and summer house, covered courtyard, ample parking facilities, numerous picnicking and BBQ areas, gardens, terraces and panoramic views.
