Paul and Valérie orchestrated all stages of the renovation of this 1200m² (12000 sqft) historic building, from plans to technical solutions, including implementation and decoration. Their love for the details and the history of the estate is felt in every corner of the house. Many objects have been found, restored and possibly diverted; others are family heirlooms taken out of the attic. As true lovers of Provençal cuisine, they prepare traditional dishes with vegetables from their own organic garden. They plant the garden with multiple perfume species and aim to set up workshops to discover the flowers used in perfumery, as well as an introduction to the extraction of perfumery raw materials (2025 season). Paul and Valérie are always ready to share their knowledge and discuss many topics with their guests, creating a friendly and warm atmosphere. Their goal is to personalize each visitor's experience, meeting each person's expectations and desires to make your stay unique and memorable. Paul has worked for 28 years for a microelectronics American company in the Sophia Antipolis hight tech center in the French Riviera, so he is fluent in English language.

This majestic building, constructed from the 18th century, was completely renovated between 2020 and 2024. It was previously a nursing home for children for more than 100 years, at the initiative of the Chiris family of perfumers and then the French Red Cross. We have used traditional renovation techniques while combining them with modern innovations to ensure optimal comfort for our guests. Our estate uses a water/water heat pump, heated and cooled ceilings (it is the water from our spring which cools the building during the summer months), exterior insulation in wood wool and cork , acoustic insulation between rooms, ... Our five 50m² (500 sqft) suites, each unique in its kind, offer luxury services in an authentic setting with old exposed stones, and private terraces for some, 2x2m (6.5x6.5ft) extra large beds, washed linen sheets from French production. You can enjoy an infinity pool, a spa in its green setting (no additional costs), on our 1.7 hectare property. Vegetables, from our organic gardening activity, are served at the guest table (optional), guaranteeing you tasty and healthy meals prepared with fresh and local products.
