This fully independent accommodation features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as two toilets, one of which is a macerating toilet (to be used exclusively with toilet paper). The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, and linens and towels are provided for your comfort. The house consists of four independent units. If you rent the entire property, up to 17 people can be accommodated. You will also have access to a large shared veranda with a lounge area and a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, and rowing machine, available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The shared garden offers a relaxing space with outdoor furniture, a pergola, sun loungers, a plancha for grilling, and children’s play equipment. Free street parking is available, and you can reserve a spot in the secured courtyard parking, as well as a crib with a mattress, upon request and for an additional fee. The property features a private entrance with a key and a key box for easy arrival. For your safety, the exterior is equipped with a video surveillance system. Please ensure that you lock both your unit and the veranda when leaving the premises. Ideally located on the Camino de Santiago, the property is just five minutes from the marshes and the IUT, and ten minutes from the city center, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
