Kelly and Thomas both have a passion and background in hospitality. They love skiing and grew up skiing the french alps. Living on the US East Coast now, they come to Praz-sur-Arly several times a year either to ski in the winter or for their daughters to go to school in the Summer. One of their favorite things to do is spending time skiing or hiking in the mountain and enjoying the views while their 2 young daughters could spend hours at the playground nearby. A's by the Mont Blanc is par of A's by Properties Portfolio. They look forward to sharing their home for others to enjoy this mountain and its activities!

Informazioni sulla struttura

Well appointed comfy 2 bedrooms condo ideally located near the slopes and lifts as well as being 5 min walking to the heart of the village. In the summer you are at the bottom of the mountain for all the hikes, mountain bike trails. The river Arly is across the street and enjoy the beach 100 yard away. All the necessities are near by in the village. In the winter, we are a short walk to the main lift within 5 min and you are ready to tackle the slopes. No need to take your car or shuttle We supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels). Based on your usage habit and your length of stay, you may not have enough and should plan accordingly. Linen and terry are NOT provided can be rented at a nearby laundry or you can bring your own. Each bed has a comforter or a blanket. There is a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 21 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID. Although you have access to the entire house, there is one owner closet located in the bedroom. We only supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels). We DO NOT Supply Sheets or Towels There are 2 cameras. There is 1 door bell camera located outside the front door & 1 camera monitoring the balcony entrance. Video w/ Audio Recording is triggered by activity. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days. Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy. The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed, Reservation Canceled, no refund

Praz-sur-Arly is a authentic and year around mountain village with plenty of charm and with activities year around. Located on the edge of the Diamant ski resort it offers hundreds of miles of slopes and one of the largest domain in the area. View from most of the domain are truly stunning and every time you look up you likely see the majestic Mont Blanc. Also located 5 min drive from the upscale town Megève, you are only a short ride from all the high-end amenities, stores, and restaurants. If you want to venture a little further, Chamonix is only 45 minutes away. Historic location and departure for the Mont Blanc expeditions, you can climb at almost 13,000 ft and enjoy l’aiguille du midi. Our condo is located on the edge of the center of the village, it will be easy to walk to the village to run errands or go out dining or just enjoy the town. You can easily park on property. We are located in the Village of Praz-sur-Arly which easily accessible from Sallanches (A40) or Albertville (A430)
