Comfortable bright private room in large modern apartment with bathroom Secure residence with elevator in quiet area. 10 minutes from the historic city center by bus with stop in opposite of the apartment. Airport and train station 20 minutes. You will appreciate the Bordeaux park for jogging, walking or relaxation. Bike and electric car rental nearby. Bonjour, Je vis en France à Bordeaux après avoir vécu de nombreuses années en montagne, où le sport, la nature étaient notre quotidien. A présent je souhaite découvrir les plaisirs de la ville culturelle( cinema, expo, théâtre..) J'aime l' art, le design, la lecture, la musique ( jazz classique, pop..) l architecture ne me laisse pas indifférent, le bon vin non plus!! Et bien sur, je continue le sport. Caudéran is a quiet and residential area. The nearest bus (N°2 or 3) from across the street will get you to the center of Bordeaux in 10 minutes. Residence very secure for a stay in all serenity. Close to the Bordelais Park, shops, the administrative city, France 3, highways, the residence is located towards the ocean (43Kms). A cash machine is at the foot of the residence. 10 minutes walk from a Mac Do, Golf within 3 kms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Caudéran est un quartier calme et résidentiel. Le bus d’accès immédiat vous permet de vous rendre en 10 mn au centre de Bordeaux. Résidence très sécurisée pour un séjour en toute sérénité.
