Private room in a cozy and comfortable shared apartment, located in a "green haven" warm and carefully decorated in a "boho chic" style, a few steps from the Promenade, the beach, direct transport, and all local amenities. The room consists of a double bed with a quality mattress, pillows, and duvet, a desk with a chair, spacious storage, individual heating, and all the necessary comfort for rest and relaxation. The 75m² apartment is carefully and warmly decorated in a "boho chic" style and is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. It includes a shared living room with a large comfortable sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. A shared equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer. A modern shared bathroom with a shower and WC. 3 bedrooms: two individually rented rooms and a third room where I live with my partner. You may occasionally see us in the apartment, as well as other travelers staying in the other rented room. The entire apartment can occasionally be rented upon request only and can accommodate 6 people in beds + 2 people on the convertible sofa.

Welcome! I personally manage the rental of the two Airbnb rooms, but we are a warm and welcoming couple living on place, in our room in the appartement. The apartment is located in Nice West, in the Carras district, 200m/3 min walk from the beach, 100m/2 min walk from the tram station, 10 min by tram from the airport, 15 min by tram from Jean Médecin station and the city center, 15 min by direct bus (12+) from the old town, 15 min by direct bus (12+) from the Cap3000 shopping center, 5 min walk from Carrefour Market, Bakery almost right below the apartment, 2 min walk, Pharmacy 3 min walk and another one 5 min away, High-quality pizzeria 3 min walk, serving until midnight in winter and 2 a.m. in summer!
