The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 150 m² house with sea view for rent in Locmaria, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 150 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 200 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 150 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) - A shower room (with shower) and a bathroom (with bath) - A separate WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200), bathroom (with shower), WC - Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Shower room, WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 200 m² garden + 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
