This special place in a charming neighbourhood is situated within 15 minutes walking distance to Bordeaux's city centre. It has a spacious feel with a standalone kitchen and large and peaceful outside terrace which is rare in Bordeaux. It comes fully equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed and an undercover parking space if needed. There is free wifi and a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+. The flat can fit up to four people with two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed.
Calm and peaceful part of Bordeaux nearby a large swimming pool with lots of amenities within a few minutes walking distance including; a cheese shop an Italian deli a butchers two bakeries a Monoprix a craft beer bar a fish mongers. The neighbourhood also has a local pizzeria and is only a 10 minute walk into town. Parking is a nightmare in Bordeaux and usually costs 25 euros per day. The flat comes with a covered car parking space just a few minutes walk away. The fob will be inside the apartment ready for you to use when you arrive.
