HOUSE RULES: - No noise between 9pm and 8am; - No smoking or vaping; - Animals are not allowed; - Parties/events are not allowed; - Property reserved exclusively for guests; - Take care of the premises and equipment. Non-compliance with the rules: - End of stay immediately, without compensation or indemnity! ; - Cost of restoring the accommodation + compensation for damages. In your absence: - Turn off the lights, the heating system, and your devices to save energy; - Close doors, windows, shutters for security, weather risks and local wildlife. Upon your departure: - Gather sheets and towels at the entrance; - Retrieve only your personal belongings; - Wash the dishes and kitchen appliances, empty the refrigerator. Tidy up the accommodation and take out the trash; - Departure & key return no later than 10am; - Report your departure and potential problem.

The building is right in the heart of downtown Pertuis, in a quiet area, perfect for your stay. 🛍️ Proximity and Amenities: Close to all amenities, the building is just a few steps away from bus lines, shops, restaurants, and bars in the city center. A supermarket open 7 days a week is less than 7 minutes on foot, and you will have access to numerous home delivery services, with information available in the apartment. 🌟 A Unique Accommodation: Each apartment, ranging from 30 to 35 m², offers all the necessary comforts with unique decoration. Fully furnished and equipped, they can accommodate 2 to 4 people, featuring a spacious living room and a bedroom separated by a glass partition. The "L'Hirondelle" and "La Tourterelle" apartments, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, have only skylights offering beautiful light. Please note that although the apartments have been renovated, the hallway and common stairway are still awaiting renovation. We provide sheets and towels for your comfort during your stay.
