L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage de la résidence et comprend un balcon et une terrasse. Il est simple, confortable et lumineux. En entrant dans l'appartement, vous pouvez trouver une cuisine ouverte avec tous les appareils électro-ménagers nécessaires, une table, 4 chaises en bois et une télévision avec box internet fibre optique dans le salon qui est équipé d'un canapé confortable près de la baie coulissante. La cuisine comprend aussi un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge. La salle de bain est simple et original à la fois avec sa grande porte de 2,50 m de haut. La chambre comprend 1 grand lit double standard 160x200 cm avec 2 chevets et d’un casier industriel avec ses deux portes en métal, des compartiments pour mettre son linge. Une deuxième chambre avec son balcon filant et une verrière intérieure vitrée qui accueillera un bureau puis un canapé convertible si besoin. Cet appartement est parfait pour accueillir jusqu'à 2 personnes dans un environnement cosy et fonctionnel. L’appartement sera nettoyé 3 heures minimum avant l'emménagement. Toutes les surfaces seront désinfectées avec des nettoyants… Je fournirai des produits de nettoyage supplémentaires pour faciliter le nettoyage pendant votre séjour. L'appartement est situé aussi près de la gare et jouit d'un emplacement quasi-central très pratique dans Issoire. Vous pouvez arriver rapidement au centre et à de nombreux points d'attraction. Le centre-ville compte de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins pour tous vos besoins et est très populaire pour « le marché d’Issoire » tous les samedis. Après votre départ, le dépôt de garantie ne sera pas prélevé après l'inspection de l'inventaire (si rien ne manque ou n'est cassé).
