LOGEMENT SPACIEUX DE 70 M2 AVEC 3,50 MÈTRES DE HAUTEUR SOUS PLAFOND L ENSEMBLE DU LINGE DE MAISON (serviettes de bains, draps, couvertures, couettes et coussins) AINSI QUE LES PRODUITS DE PREMIÈRE NÉCESSITE (liquide vaisselle, sopalin, papier wc, ...) SONT INTÉGRALEMENT FOURNIS. PAS DE FÊTES NI D’ÉVÉNEMENTS DE CE TYPE CHAT SUR PLACE MAIS AUTONOME ET GENTIL. CHAT D'EXTÉRIEUR, IL EST SOUVENT DANS LES LES JARDINS DU QUARTIER. NINOU EST INDÉPENDANT GRACE A SA CHATIÈRE . DE L’EAU ET DES CROQUETTES SONT DÉJÀ INSTALLÉS. C'est un appartement en rez de chaussée dans une petite résidence en pierre, composé de cinq logements très calmes. Il y a deux chambres et un Jaccuzi utilisable hors hiver. Les voyageurs auront accès à l'intégralité du logement ainsi qu' à une terrasse privée de belle superficie (20 m2), ce qui est très appréciable pour les beaux jours. Vous pourrez disposer d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (Four à pyrolyse, plaque à induction, four à micro- ondes, cafetière "Senséo", réfrigérateur/ congélateur, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine,...). Vous aurez également à votre disposition une dressing pour vos linges et effets personnels ainsi qu'un lave- linge et sèche- linge. Pour les mélomanes, un piano équipé d'un micro sera à votre disposition. Je vous indiquerai les différents lieux à découvrir (Musées, restaurants, cinémas, lieux culturels ou cultuels...). Je pourrai vous mettre en contact avec des professionnels pour des visites (Wines Tour, Route des Châteaux à St Emilion, Médoc, …)

Ayant des relations dans le domaine du tourisme, Je pourrai vous mettre en contact avec des professionnels pour des visites de toute sorte dans la région. ("Wine Tour" dans le Médoc ou à Saint Emilion, "la route des châteaux", découverte des meilleurs tables de Bordeaux, dégustations de produits régionaux...) De plus, je vous indiquerai les différentes activités que l'on peut faire au bord des plages en saison ("Lacanau- pro", Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret,...). Hâte de vous rencontrer !

Traversé par deux grands axes menant à la Victoire, cours de la Somme et cours de l’Yser, le quartier présente une réelle diversité urbanistique : des ruelles calmes parfois pavées alternent avec les grands cours plus animés.
