This bright and airy contemporary apartment will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.The bed configuration is changeable to your needs either 2 singles and a double or 2 double beds. Featuring 2.80m high ceilings,oak wooden flooring thruout and underfloor heating for a luxurious feel.The bathroom consists of a spacious walk in shower with rain fall shower head and secondary handheld attachment,a sink basin ,vanity unit with hairdryer and wc.There is a ski locker and in the porch there is storage space for ski boots with boot warmers plus a washing machine/combi dryer for your use . In the lounge you have a large flat screen TV,Sonos music system with integrated ceiling speakers.There is a kitchen island with 4 bar stools and intergrated sink and dishwasher, work surface with plug and usb charging ports ,full size American style fridge freezer ,extractor fan,oven and induction hob and featuring ample storage.There’s a toaster ,blender for making smoothies ,fondue and raclette set and coffee cafetière .Adjacent is Apartment Chinook and also available to rent thru this platform which can be useful if you are 2 families or a bigger group.

Im a passionate snowboard mountaineer and kite surfer who loves to travel to new spots and meet new people. Living and playing here for the last 15 years Im always more than happy to share local knowledge and suggest activities ,hiking itineraries etc either before hand or in person during your stay .
The apartmentnt is located 50 metres away from the river Arve in the heart of La Praz village with its incredible views and enviable position within the valley helping you to get the most out of your stay in Chamonix -summer or winter.Although it's in the centre of la Praz it's a very quiet location with free and secure parking.Its only 300 metres walk away from the main Flegere cable car connected with the Brevent ski area and the stunning 18 hole golf course is only a 5 minute walk, it also offers great access to the other ski areas in the valley as its equidistant to le Tour at one end or les Houches at the other.The quiet village retains its charm and has a local post office,church,ski shops,cafes,tabac,bar/resteraunt and grocery store/bakery all on the doorstep .Ideal for a family with only a short walk to the ski lift-also there is a free children's playground opposite the chalet. Chamonix centre with its colourful streets, large selection of sport shops ,resteraunts,shops,and nightlife is a 5 minute drive/bus ride or you can take a 20 minute walk following the lit footpath alongside the river l'arve which is pleasant anytime of year.
