"Au Clair De Cormontaigne" is a fully furnished apartment located on the 5th floor of a secured residence with a double terrace and a parking lot in the basement. The residence has an elevator and access codes. Located in the Vauban/Esquermes borough, close to the Wazammes market and to the Citadel. The 1 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests with its convertible sofa bed. It is also equipped with a baby cot for toddlers. Close to the Cormontaigne subway station and to two self service bike rental stations, the city center is easily reachable within 10 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Grand place by foot. The apartment is also 5 minutes away from Wazemmes borough, the most popular area in town. There can be found numerous bars and restaurants as well as its world renowned market on Tuesday,s Thursdays and Sundays. Many restaurants and bars are located nearby. The Wazemmes district,was a poor disctrict and it has been able to rise from the ashes like the Phoenix. In full renovation, it becomes one of the most demanded districts due to its popularity. Many artists from Lille have stayed there.
