The Villa Impasse des Faysses overlooks Ruoms, well-known for its charming architecture and the Ardeche river hugging it. Built in 2006, the villa is located a 3 minutes walk away from the village centre (400m), a rare location in the village for its size. The views of the surroundings areas are incredible. The villa private entrance is enclosed and secured thanks to its electrical gates. In an indoor courtyard out of sight, the terrasse is furnished to accommodate an outdoor lifestyle. Garden furniture and sunbaths border the swimming pool and for your convenience an outdoor shower and toilets are available. Under the pergola, situated next to the large dinning table, there is a summer kitchen equipped with a sink, a kitchen plan and a barbecue. The swimming pool is heated between 25°C and 27°C from beginning of May to end of September (don’t hesitate to contact us for more information). It is a 3mx6m swimming pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. It accommodates groups of 6 adults or families of 6 persons and 2 children thanks to the bunkbed area. It is a modern house, extremely well equipped with air conditioners in every room, mosquito netting on windows, an American fridge with ice cub/cold water distributor, an open plan kitchen, a laundry room with a sink, a washing machine and a dryer.

Situated in a quiet area, this residential neighbourhood remains close to the village centre. You will easily access the village centre on foot, to go to the market (every Thursday morning) and to the evening market (every Wednesday night). The village offers numerous facilities, restaurants, famous ice-cream shops and local products shops. The Ardeche river is situated 800m away, with access-free beaches. 200m from the villa, a 25km path has been built, for pedestrians and bikes only called Via Ardeche. It links Grospierres to Voguë and goes through Ruoms, Balazuc and Sampzon. The nearest supermarket is a 5mins drive (SuperU in Ruoms) however there is a vegetables and fruits shop, a meat shop and a boulangerie (bread shop) at the beginning of the road leading to the villa. Ruoms, in South of France, is ideally located to visit some of the most famous tourist sites in France, it is merely 20kms away from La Grotte Chauvet, L’Aven d’Orgnac, Le Pont d’Arc and the Ardeche Gorges.
