The building has a small verdant courtyard and a large rooftop terrace with a great view over the buildings of Ullanlinna, the southernmost district of central Helsinki. This is one of the very few buildings in downtown with a rooftop terrace overlooking the district and all the way to the say. The prestigious seaside neighbourhood of Ullanlinna is filled with restaurants, cafes, parks and art nouveau architecture. Places such as the seaside promenade, the famous Kaivopuisto Park as well as the city centre are just 10-15 minutes away on foot from the apartment. The public transport connections are also excellent.

Even though it’s located in the central Helsinki, it’s really peaceful and safe. It has a lot of history in the buildings, and it’s right next to the sea. And the city centre, just a 10-minute walk from Ullanlinna, is filled with shops and restaurants. You can also reach the airport just in 30 to 40 minutes by taxi or train.
