Bedroom 1 has a 160cm double bed and a desk, if necessary, one extra bed for a baby/toddler bed can be accommodated. Bedroom 2 has a 120 cm double bed and a work station. Bedroom 3 has a single bed 80 cm. All bedrooms have blackout curtains A spacious, bright living room with a 140 cm sofa that folds out into a bed for 1-2 people Modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 6-8 people. The kitchen has all the basic spices (salt, pepper, olive oil, wine vinegar, etc.) A spacious bathroom/toilet and also a separate toilet Own sauna The bathroom has a washing machine and a hair dryer. A lovely glazed balcony opens to the south. The entire apartment and the balcony are at your disposal during your stay. A heated parking garage is also available for an additional fee, upon separate agreement. The apartment is completely accessible and also suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The trendy Kalasatama area is located very near to the heart of Helsinki, along very good public transport links (metro/subway/underground station and numerous bus connections). Kalasatama is popular with young hipsters, but due to its safety, it is also popular as a residential area for families. Large playgrounds attract children of different ages to play and go outside. The large shopping center Redi offers, in addition to dozens of stores and large grocery stores, e.g. cinema, indoor climbing center, children's indoor playground, high-quality gym and other services and popular restaurants and cafes, just a few minutes' walk away. 500 meters away is the idyllic outdoor recreation area Mustikkamaa Island, where you can find a public beach and versatile outdoor exercise opportunities (football, basketball, tennis, skating, etc.) and the Korkee outdoor climbing park. On the other side of Mustikkamaa is the entrance to the popular zoo Korkeasaari. In 10 minutes you can reach the center Helsinki by subway, or take a bus to Pasila station or Arabianranta.
