The recently renovated Villa Kiviaapa is located in a quiet area near Ruka's services. The location of the holiday apartment is great for all active vacationers. The ski slope runs 500 meters away, and the snowmobile trail 300 meters away and the Rukan Gravel cycling route runs next to the cottage. Ruka ski center is a 10-minute drive away, so you can easily enjoy the ski center's versatile services and activities. It is approx. 4 km to the shop, the nearest lift and the restaurant. The semi-detached apartment on one level has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm). The second bedroom has an 80 cm wide loft bed for one person. Enjoy soft baths in a stylishly renovated sauna. The shower has a normal shower and a rain shower, the bath room has a toilet and a drying washing machine. There is a separate drying cabinet in the hallway, for drying outdoor clothes. The apartment has a another, separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee and water kettles and toaster. The living room has a large flat screen TV. Atmospheric lighting is energy-efficiently implemented with LED panels and light strips. And you can enjoy the glow of the fireplace by the open fireplace. An air source heat pump produces heat in winter and cools in summer. The information board shows you information about the weather, wind and open slopes, so you can plan your day in the best possible way. On the south-facing terrace, you can have breakfast or spend the evening outside in the summer. There is an outdoor grill next to the terrace, only for those staying at Villa Kiviaapa. There is also a 230x350cm carage in the yard, where you can store your snowmobile or bicycles, etc., behind the locks for protection from the weather.
