Apartments for rent in Kuopio in a top location in Aseman Väylä and Aseman Kärki. In Aseman Kärki furnished one-bedroom apartments 36 m2, and in Aseman Väylä furnished studio apartments 33 m2 and one-bedroom apartments 41 m2, both with saunas. Aseman Väylä, in Kuopio Port, was completed in 2/2021. Väylä is the tallest residential building in Kuopio. It has 17 floors. The ground floor of the building houses a bus station, a train station, a barber shop, a hamburger restaurant, a flower shop and a lunch café. On the top floor of the building there is a landscape terrace, which is shared by the residents. The building is energy efficient, e.g. heating and cooling is provided by geo-energy from the ground. The market is about 700 m away. No pets, no smoking.
