However, the building itself is quiet and tranquil, with windows facing a green courtyard. Fast internet connection. The building features a lovely shared garden and two rooftop terraces, available to guests without reservation. The terraces are easily accessible from the seventh floor and are usually vacant, offering stunning views of the city and the sea. The apartment's living room is spacious and versatile. It includes an alcove with a high-quality 180x200 cm double bed, equipped with a Tempur Breese mattress and blackout curtains to ensure a great night's sleep. The living room also has a comfortable sofa, a desk, and access to a balcony where smoking is permitted. The room has its own door, allowing for privacy. Both bedrooms are equipped with 90x200 cm loft beds with stair access and large desks, providing a quiet workspace. Each bedroom has its own door, adding an extra level of privacy and comfort. During your stay, you'll have plenty of storage space: the living room has three large mirrored closets, and the bathroom has two smaller mirrored cabinets for storing personal items. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped and available for your use, so you can enjoy preparing meals in the comfort of your own space.

I partially live in this apartment myself and know the area very well, so I’m happy to offer tips on local attractions and experiences.
