Villa Cas Puig is a cosy villa that offers its guests all the charms of Ibiza. A recent villa with a Mediterranean garden, a large swimming pool, a barbecue and a modest sea view. A ten minute walk will take you directly to the sea. Beautifully landscaped gardens Private swimming pool Two houses in one 5 large separate bedrooms 3 full bathrooms Construction 300 m2 The villa is 300 sqm and is like two houses in one starting with the ground floor which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, a spacious entrance and a fully equipped kitchen with an extra room. While the upper floor has its own entrance from the garden. The space comprises two double bedrooms with their own photo-balcony as well as a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In addition to the bedrooms are the 2 fully equipped kitchens and a large living and dining room. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is only a ten minute walk to the beach of Portinatx, where you have your choice of local restaurants, supermarkets, water sports, boat hire, glass bottom boat trips and shops amongst many other features. There is space to relax outdoors. There is plenty of parking space and other extra amenities including free high speed wifi. The nearby beaches are beautiful such as Portinatx, S'Arenal gran, Cala Xarraca, Cala den Serra, Cala Xucla, S'illot des Renclir..... and many more. ***The Balearic Government tourist tax is not included, it will be applied after booking.
