Our mission is to provide luxury co-living for professionals & digital nomads looking for a home away from home in sunny Valencia. Our flats have been designed to provide luxury boutique home feeling, where all details have been thought through in every room in the property. We aim to provide a ‘feel good and wow factor’ to our guests, and we want to pass on this core value to them, not only in the space itself but from a human factor point of view. Our aim has always been for our guests to interact with each other and never feel alone. We promote the values of friendships and cozy home feeling. The common spaces we provide are always encouraging one word: 'togetherness'. E.g. fully equipped kitchen with sitting stools to share a meal, loads of plants and natural materials to give that real home touch, table and chairs in the balcony so our guests can join each other for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. And… let’s not forget about the office, the star element for our guests, which fits 3 people and has 3 PC screens and keyboards. It is a beautiful working space where they can work or take private calls, when required. Our guests feel accompanied and looked after by our team from the moment they arrive until they leave. Guests have direct contact to our team for anything they may need during their stay in Valencia at one of our homes. We never want anyone to feel alone, that is our main focus and what drove us to creating this business.
