Property information

This charming 50 m² duplex is ideal for discovering one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the city, the Santa Catalina neighborhood in Palma de Mallorca. It has three levels, the first at street level has an American kitchen on the left, fully equipped. Right next to it they have a small but complete bathroom with shower and in front of the entrance there is a sofa with a plasma TV and a dining table for 4 people. To the right of the entrance begins the staircase (without railing) to go up to the first floor. There is the double bed with a wardrobe and above which you can go up to a floor with another single bed. Another smart TV is hung on the wall in front of both beds. It has internet access (wifi), air conditioning and heat pump heating. If you need it, there is a covered car park in a nearby building, it is subject to availability and not included. NB: We do not offer cots for babies.

Neighbourhood information

This small but fantastic duplex apartment is located in the heart of Palma, in the lively barrio of Santa Catalina. You will find all types of restaurants and by night all types of bars and pubs to celebrate and enjoy the Mallorcan night. It is important to inform that the weight of being in full bullying, the apartment is located in a small street, very stretched and without traffic. In the morning you will be able to walk around the market of Santa Catalina, one step away from the apartment, visit a multitud of shops of all kinds, stroll by the Paseo Marítimo, do all kinds of sports activities and/or relax in the park of Sa Feixina.
