Fantastic 2 bedroom house, furnished in Japanese style. This style is a fusion between Japanese and Scandinavian style, with a minimalist, quiet and functional atmosphere. Stunning sea views, terrace with gas barbecue and private parking on the ground floor of the house. SmartTV, fibre optic internet and air conditioning. 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen and 3 terraces and sofa bed in the living room. In the lower part gym, laundry room and private garage.

The property is located in the residential area of Playa Negra II, close to beach areas (Playa de la Arena and Playa de los Guíos).
