There is also a convertible couch-bed which is perfect for large groups of family or friends (this makes a total capacity of 6 people) Adjacent to the bedrooms, you'll find an ample dining space,this spacious area provides the perfect setting for memorable meals. 2 clean and spotless bathrooms one of which is en suite are located in the unit. Adding to the allure of this remarkable retreat, a series of balconies beckon you to embrace the outdoors The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you would need for a convenient and enjoyable stay including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer are a TV , AC for heating and cooling, washing machine/dryer combo ,iron and hair dryer. In total the unit spans 100 square meters HOUSE ROULES 1- One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests. 2- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons. 3- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We appreciate if you let us know your arrival and departure time. 4- The customer service hours is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions 5- Between 10pm and 9am is the quite hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time 6- Parties are forbidden 7- Having guests is not permitted
