Welcome to our top-floor apartment with Wi-Fi and stunning views, located in a residence with a pool nestled in the heart of a Natural Area. This is the perfect base for exploring the island and indulging in exciting water sports such as windsurfing, kite-surfing, surfing, jet skiing, and snorkeling. Additionally, it is an ideal place for hikers, trekkers, and cyclists. To make the most out of your stay at Playa Paraiso and discover the island, we strongly recommend renting a car. Our location, situated on a desert hill facing the ocean, offers breathtaking views of the sun and moon rise and is perfect for romantic moments or simply enjoying a drink on the balcony after your favorite sports activities. The town is just a 5-minute drive away. In the apartment, you will find everything you need for a comfortable holiday in front of the astonishing panorama. Although the unpaved roads leading to us may be bumpy, the unique natural ecosystem is well worth the trip. We are delighted to share our local knowledge to help you make the most of your holiday.

Neighborhood info

Between July and August, on the beach of Playa Barca, in front of the building, a super famous stage of the World Cup of windsurf and kite-surf takes place. This big event offers an exciting and stunning atmosphere with competitions during the day and parties during the all night. Therefore, during this period, there may be noise at night. For the event dates, please refer to the council website. This year 2024 is from 18 july to 03 august. Costa Calma, the peninsula of Jandia, and the entire island offer a lot of activities for fun and sports, as well as exploration of the territory through excursions or rental vehicles. Staying at Playa Paraiso you will be able to witness the famous and unique rising and falling tides show, If you are interested, we can provide you with information and suggestions about the following activities: -Renting: car/bicycle/surfing/buggy/jet-ski/quad/windsurf/kite/snorkeling/canoes/sailing boat/casting. -Private photography course. -Photo session with your partner or family. -Astronomy experience with a powerful telescope to let you dive into a marvelous dark sky. Remember that we are surrounded by nature, so it is better to take your favorite anti-mosquito product with you.
