We began our journey in Barcelona, and we currently manage more than 20 buildings in Barcelona, Madrid and Porto. We provide everything so that enjoying the destination is your top priority. Go out and explore the city. Try some delicious bites at a local market. Step into a bookstore. Relax in the park and lie down on the grass. We’ll be here, every time you come back.

Paseo de Gracia Bas Apartments Barcelona is centrally located. These spacious, modern apartments feature wooden floors and have a living room with a sofa and a Smart TV. High-Speed Wi-FI is offered free of charge. Our beds have memory foam mattresses and pillows that ensure great comfort to our guests. A safe box is available in the main bedroom. The bed linen and the towels are included in the price of the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a hydro-massage shower with 5 different modes. Some of the apartments have a terrace with some pieces of furniture: a good option to relax after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. Our kitchen is fully equipped so the guests can prepare their own meals. We have all the necessary elements like a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, fry pans and pots.

A place where you can find the fanciest shops in Barcelona, a large variety of restaurants and two of Gaudi’s masterpieces: Casa Batlló and la Pedrera. Public transportation can be used to reach other districts of Barcelona. The guest can choose among a large variety of transport like buses, taxis, bike rentals, metro, train and FGC lines.
