Sea View in the sun. In sun-soaked Patalavaca, near Arguineguín. All the brand new apartments have a terrace or patio, with breathtaking ocean views and lots of sunshine. Swimmingpool on deck, the beach in walking distance and everything you need close by.

Neighborhood info

You will have access to almost everything you need right outside the door to your apartment in Palmera in Patalavaca. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The lovely fishing village of Arguineguín is just a short walk away. It offers an attractive selection of restaurants, shops and beaches – in addition to the Norwegian Seamen’s Church and the Norwegian Club.
