Step inside and be greeted by a completely transformed downstairs area, featuring an open kitchen, dining, and lounge space that exudes contemporary elegance. Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms with individual terraces and a bathroom. Ascend one more level to discover a private solarium roof, perfect for enjoying panoramic views and relaxation.
During your stay we are available by phone, email, social communicators.
The neighborhood is mostly residential, with a strip of shops and restaurants just down the road. If you desire, there are sports facilities nearby such as a 9-hole golf course and tennis courts. A short 5 minute walk will take you to El Zoco, a local mall with many amenities, shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 min stroll from El Zoco There is no designated parking for the property, but there are many free parking spaces available on the street in front of it and only for the community residents on the upper side parking lot. A bus service is available by the main road (5 min walk) with services to Fuengirola and Marbella. Also a local bus service operates within Calahonda.
