Hello! Come and enjoy your stay in our fantastic and newly renovated duplex, located just 50 meters from the beach . We promise you will feel like at home. You will find here everything you need to make as more confortable as possible your holidays. The apartment has 2 floors. In the first one there is a living/dining-dining room-kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace around, besides to a laundry area On the second floor, just 15 steps upstairs aproximately, you will find the 3 bedrooms of the apartment, as well as another complete bathroom and 2 small terraces. Summary: - 3 bedrooms with double bed - One of the bedrooms with own terrace - Big terrace around the house in the first floor - Two terraces in the superior floor - Two bathrooms with shower, one in each floor - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances: Induction plaque, microwave, oven, coffee maker, frying pan, kettle and toaster - TV Samsung 42" with HDMI cable available - Stereo with AUX cable available - Air-conditioning individual in each bedroom - Washing machine and dryer machine (only avaible for long terms contract)* - Towels and sheets included - 1 underground garage place
