Renovated in 2023, the house features modern amenities such as electric curtains and a luxurious bathroom with a chromotherapy shower, bidet, and washing machine. The living room can be illuminated with customizable mood lighting, while the bedroom boasts an extra-spacious wardrobe. Enjoy fast WiFi, access to all TV channels, and a large terrace perfect for dining or relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, as we are passionate about cooking and know the value of having quality tools. If you're interested in learning to cook traditional Italian or macrobiotic dishes, we offer personalized cooking classes for a small fee. Additionally, an electric grill pan is available for use on the terrace. Our heated pool is enormous, with a special shallow area and playground designed for children. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Guests can also explore the beautiful exotic park in the community, which includes a fitness area with equipment available for your use. The apartment is situated in Golf del Sur, a well-known holiday destination surrounded by expansive golf courses. Just 15 minutes from the airport and 350 meters from rocky beaches, it offers an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. The stunning sand beaches of El Médano and La Tejita are a quick 10-minute drive away, while the lively areas of Los Cristianos and Las Américas can be reached in 15 minutes by car or public transport. A beautiful 5 km promenade along the coast is perfect for romantic walks or morning jogs. You'll also find plenty of bars, including Irish pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. A bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
