The Inmobiliaria Cala Santanyí is a small Majorcan family business that was founded by Juan Burguera at the beginning of tourism development in the southeast of the island. Damián Burguera, current manager of the company, has managed to guide the small family business to a high level of quality and service, bringing together the best professionals to offer our customers the best service without losing the personalized treatment of a family business. We currently have two offices, one is located in the center of the popular town of Santanyí, at number 11 of the Plaza Mayor, right next to the town hall. From here we organize sales and long-term rentals. The other office is in the first line of the Cala Santanyí right next to the beach. It is located in an apartment building called "Apartamentos Drac". From here we organize the entire management of the holiday rentals and the reception of customers for the apartments and houses.

This big country house is situated between Santanyí and Cala Santanyí on a marvellous big terraced plot. It disposes of totally 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, different living areas, a small interior kitchen and a big, fully equipped outdoor kitchen next to the pool are. Four bedrooms, all with access to the covered terrace, and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor. Another bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, with direct access to the spacious pool area with big sunbathing terrace and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and guest toilet. .

In a short drive of less than 1 kilometre you get to the village Santanyí, a traditional Majorcan town where you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two big supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for beach visits. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. Also worth a visit are the two enchanting coastal towns of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. On excursions you can visit the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo or the saltworks located between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, as well as the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, located on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic views over the island. The house is partially equipped with air conditioning.
