Private room in a small apartment with hot-cold A / C, TV, free Wifi and shared bathroom. BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED. In any case, in the kitchen you will find everything you need to be able to prepare food, at your discretion! It also has additional areas for living the house such as living room, 2 terraces and laundry area. In the house there is a second bedroom in which I live alone! Your room is private, while the rest of the apartment is shared with me alone.
I have been arriving for about 2 years in the Spanish Balearics. And then I moved here to Arenal, in the second line so a few steps from the beach. I live inside the building which has two private rooms, one for me and one dedicated to guests! So each of the 2 bedrooms is private and shares the rest of the apartment, the kitchen and the living room, the terrace with laundry area, even a second balcony which is accessed from the living room and the bathroom.
L'Arenal - Llucmajor - - PALM OF MAJORCA - - Everything is close at hand, the beach less than 1 minute, shops, clubs and shops everywhere. Free (white) and paid (blue) parking around the block! On the first line and around there are bars-restaurants and cafes, shops of all types and kinds, both tourist and artisan premises. It is recommended to move on foot to breathe the atmosphere of the place, however there is no shortage of public transport (both towards the center and towards the whole promenade that characterizes the beaches from the center of Palma to Arenal-Llucmajor. Taxy and private vehicles can be found in many agencies near the house and always along the coast. Everything at your fingertips and VERY COMFORTABLE!
